WHERE | Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant

QUESTION | What is your favorite type of beer?

ANSWER | I’m more towards an Amber lager. Nothing too heavy - I like to drink a couple.

What’s your favorite type of milk? You gotta have whole milk. Skim milk, not so much.

What’s your favorite type of body scent of a woman - do you go for a flowery perfume or that sweaty, just-left-the-gym stench? Gotta go with flowery on that one...the smell of a dirty gym sock is not that appealing.

So you placed second in the 13th Annual Lip-Rippin’ Chilympics Chili Cook-Off in Murrells Inlet this month. Care to share your secret recipe? Absolutely not. Well, maybe for the right price. Second place after entering it for the first time felt pretty great.

How long have you been perfecting your chili recipe? Actually, that was the first time I’ve made that type of chili. I’ve made chili before, but this one was a little different. I just threw stuff together and hoped it didn’t burn.

What is the perfect occasion to sit and eat chili? Sitting outside by a bonfire drinking a cold beer. There has to be a fire and beer involved.

If you were an astronaut, which planet would you fly to first? Uranus.

Would you wear your astronaut suit for recreational use? Damn straight. Absolutely. Walk down the street wearing an astronaut suit...I’d rock it.

When is the last time you dressed up in a suit, astronaut or otherwise? A going away party for one of our employees. We rented a party bus and had a very interesting evening.

Would you rather be Captain America, Iron Man or the Incredible Hulk? You gotta go green on that one. The Hulk has his moments of rage, but he’s basically a normal guy. Who wouldn’t want to be a green mutant?

Are you secretly always angry like the Hulk is? Maybe a little pent up inside, but I’m pretty laid back.
