SIGNATURE DRINK | Blueberry Irish Pancakes (Jameson whiskey, butterscotch, Stoli Blueberry - chase with orange juice)

BARTENDER | Joey Carson, 23

WHERE | Burger Bar & Beach Club

QUESTION | Your signature drink is Blueberry Irish Pancakes - did you used to work at an Irish pub?

ANSWER | No... I'm Irish. And I take St. Patrick's Day seriously.

What did you do last St. Pat's day?

Don't remember. There are time gaps missing, let's just say that.

What toppings do you put on your burger?

My favorite is the Dr. Seuss Burger, which has one egg over-easy on top of smoked ham on the burger.

Have you ever eaten the three-pound Burger Boss?

I have not. It scares me.

Has anyone made it to the Burger Boss Leaderboard by eating it in less than 35 minutes?

We've had two people successfully do it. One was a professional eater - he did it in 22 minutes.

How do you suppose someone becomes a professional eater? Is there a degree for that or something?

I don't think so. They guy who came here saw our ad for a $1,000 prize and he flew here. I guess that's just what he does.

If you had to be in an eating contest, what would you want to stuff your face with?

Probably wings.

Any particular flavor?

Spicy.

Would you rather eat so much it makes you sick or drink so much it makes you pee your pants?

Probably drink so much. I can handle public humiliation.

Has that ever happened to you?

Not peeing my pants... but drunk humiliation - yes.

Let’s play word association: Summer?

Hot.

Irish?

Car Bomb.

Sea cucumber?

Weird.
