SIGNATURE DRINK | Chocolate Martini (chocolate vodka, whipped vodka, cream, Bailey's Irish Cream, cream de cocoa, Godiva, poured on top of Hershey's syrup in martini glass)

BARTENDER | Cathy Lowman, 45

WHERE | Twelve

QUESTION | Name 12 things you would need to be able to spend six months on a boat.

ANSWER | Flare guns, cell phone, first aid kit, weapon, food, alcohol, clothes, raft, fire extinguisher, a man, a bible, toiletries.

Would you rather have 12 fingers, 12 toes or 12 arms?

Probably 12 fingers because you could probably use them easier than 12 toes.

What task or activity do you think you'd excel in with 12 fingers?

Making drinks, massages and driving while doing makeup.

Of the 12 months of the year, which is your favorite and why?

December… Christmas.

If you had 12 hours to do whatever you wanted, how would you spend your time?

I actually want to go to Connecticut to see my family and friends. I've been here almost a year and haven't been back yet.

What brought you down here?

Change. It's very expensive where I lived. My sister was down here and I wanted a more laid back life so I figured I'd give it a shot...and I like it down here.

What do you like best about the area so far?

The people are more laid back than what I'm used to, and people aren't as materialistic as in Connecticut. Here it's easier to relax and go with the flow.

Aside from family and friends, what do you miss most about up North?

Museums, art galleries, casinos and Italian food.

What's something most people don't know about you?

I'm softer than I come off.

Your signature drink is a Chocolate Martini… why is chocolate so great? it makes you feel while you're eating it and after eating it… it's like sex.

Is it better then sex?

No. If so, you're not having sex with the right person.
