SIGNATURE DRINK | Our house brews. I always recommend the Nut Brown Ale.

BARTENDER | Hayley Franks, 24

WHERE | Liberty Taproom

QUESTION | What do you recommend eating with the Nut Brown Ale?

ANSWER | Mississippi Mud Pie. That's my after-work special for myself every night.

How many Nut Brown Ales does it take before you can't taste the Mud Pie?

I'd say it makes it taste even better.

What is your favorite condiment?

Malt vinegar.

Do you put malt vinegar on eggs?

No, but that's a new one I could try.

How about on grilled cheese?

I haven't yet... Grilled cheese I'd probably dip in ketchup.

Who would be manlier, a ballet dancing Clint Eastwood or a miming James Bond?

James Bond.

Have you seen the most recent James Bond movie?

I have not. I haven't been to a movie recently, unfortunately.

Who are you pulling for this year in football?

USC Gamecocks.

And pro?

I'm still deciding. I used to be a Panthers fan, but I'm not a Cam Newton fan.

What makes a team - the coach or the quarterback?

The coach.

Would you rather be a coach of a good team you didn't like, or coach your favorite team which loses every game?

Coach the losing team. They might be a bad team, but if they have heart, that's all that matters.
